Veritas was proud to once again sponsor the Pro Bono Project of Mesa County’s annual fundraising event, the Big Lawbowlski. Held this past week, the community-driven bowling tournament brought together legal professionals, families, and friends for a day filled with fun, laughter, and—most importantly—purpose. The event supported a vital mission: providing free legal services to low-income residents and victims of domestic violence in Mesa County.

Championing Access to Justice

Since its founding in 1986, the Pro Bono Project has worked tirelessly to ensure that all individuals—regardless of their financial circumstances—have access to quality legal representation. Through the dedication of volunteer attorneys, the organization continues to provide essential legal counsel, advice, and representation to those who might otherwise go unheard. Veritas has been honored to support this mission for many years, as it closely aligns with our own values of justice, service, and community.

Empowering Our Community

The Big Lawbowlski has always been more than just a fundraiser. It’s a celebration of the collaborative spirit that strengthens our local community. This year’s event once again reminded us of the power of collective effort in promoting fairness, equality, and access to justice. As we bowled alongside colleagues, clients, and community members, we were reminded that building a stronger society starts with showing up for one another.

A Legacy of Giving Back

Veritas believes in the importance of giving back—and for years, we have proudly stood alongside the Pro Bono Project of Mesa County in their mission to serve those in need. Our ongoing sponsorship of the Big Lawbowlski reflects that commitment, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in the years to come.

Whether by attending events like the Big Lawbowlski, volunteering time, or making a financial contribution, every action brings us one step closer to a more just and equitable future.
